Bozal Tepeztate Mezcal (750ml / 45%)

This Tepeztate mezcal from Bozal is produced using agaves sourced from out crops on steep rocky cliffs in the Santa Ana del Rio region of Oaxaca. The agave Tepeztate has a distinct, erratic leaf structure.

AROMA: Herbaceous aromas, with a touch of wet stone on the nose, accompanied by grapefruit zest, orange flower and pine.
TASTE: Fresh florals, white pepper and minerals are highlighted on the palate with prominent notes of spice on the finish.
ENJOY: Let this one open up in the glass for a few minutes. The difference is well worth it.
