Pasote Still Strength Blanco Tequila is the boldest way to experience Pasote's Highland agave character. Bottled at 55% ABV, it delivers impressive concentration without losing the freshness and mineral edge that define the house style.

It starts with estate-grown, ripe Blue Weber agave, cooked for two days in brick ovens, roller-mill crushed and fermented in open-air stainless-steel tanks with cultivated local yeasts. The tequila is then double distilled in stainless-steel pot stills using volcanic rock-filtered well water. No glycerin, chemicals or flavours are added.

AROMA: Juicy tropical fruit with a subtle wet-stone minerality
TASTE: Sweet plantain and burnt sugar, followed by green pepper and white pepper spice
FINISH: Long, warm and layered with lingering roasted agave
PROCESS: 100% Blue Weber agave, brick oven cooked, roller-mill crushed, open-air fermented and double distilled in stainless-steel pot stills
